Ester Gum (Food Grade)
Food-grade glycerol ester of rosin for beverages and confectionery.
Food-grade ester gum manufactured under FSSC 22000 controls — the glycerol ester of food-grade gum rosin used as a weighting and clouding agent in citrus-flavoured soft drinks, and as the tackifier base in chewing gum. Compliant with FCC (Food Chemicals Codex), Kosher and Halal standards, with certificates of analysis on every shipment.
